The stains that have leaked from our wounds have embedded themselves down our timeline through our individual yet collective stories. It can be so easy to allow these historical stories and circumstances to write our destiny.

It is so easy to believe the self judgments. It's so easy to believe others projected judgments of you. Yet we can and are transcending these old patterns of limitations.

We are the architects of our tomorrows. We are still dancing between the archetypes of victim and creators, condemning to accepting, survivalist to authenticity.

We are still learning to love ourselves "As We Are" and As we love ourselves "As We Are" we can love all things "As They Are" and as we do we can see and can treat everything again as sacred.
