By Mary Costanza

She said I am not aging, I am evolving. Evolving into the woman I was always meant to be. Age is just a number, and numbers don’t scare me anymore. With each passing year she has gained a wealth of knowledge and wisdom, and she has become more loving, compassionate, gentle and patient with herself. She feeds her body, mind, heart and soul with positivity, hope, encouragement and love. She celebrates her life and her accomplishments. A woman becomes even more beautiful with age, because she has learned how to accept who she is, where she has been, and she bravely awaits the future. She has settled into her life, she is finally home.
